This was a fun cake for a coach's birthday. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE birthday cakes! They are all so different. The football is the cake (chocolate with chocolate toffee buttercream) covered in fondant. The clipboard, tee, pen, whistle, and paper are all made of fondant also. The writing on the paper is made with an edible food-marker and the grass is piped in royal icing.

Football Cake
This was a fun cake for a coach's birthday. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE birthday cakes! They are all so different. The football is the cake (chocolate with chocolate toffee buttercream) covered in fondant.
