Bobi

This cake was made for an awesome friend! It is chocolate cake with caramel fudge filling. I tried to make it to match her: fun, bright, a little crazy Ü. I hope she had a good birthday-Love Ya Bobi!

In the Jungle...

I gotta say these are always so fun to see at the end. This time they wanted a variety of jungle animals. The lion is my new favorite,with his crazy mane and all. I'm waiting to see what they look like in pink.

This cake is a chocolate cake with double chocolate mousse filling...Yum! I LOVE chocolate! It is decorated in fondant. Congrats to the newlyweds!

This cake is for a bridal shower. It is vanilla and chocolate cake with vanilla and chocolate mousse filling.  It is frosted in buttercream and decorated with fondant accents.

Spring Time

This is a spice cake decorated in fondant. The flowers are sugar flowers mad out of gumpaste.

Cowboy

This is a sugar-free cake (except the fondant, that can easily be peeled off) It is a vanilla strawberry jello cake with a sugar free vanilla mousse.

This cake is for a recently returned missionary. It is a vanilla cake with vanilla mousse and is frosted in buttercream with fondant decorations.

I had to take 2 pictures of it. The first could be used for any birthday or celebration/party, and the second is very specific to the RM. Apparently he LOVES pink ties and you can't wear pink ties on the mission (I didn't know, but I guess I can see why Ü), so he hasn't been able to wear them for 2 years! So now that he is back he can break-out the pink ties again. WELCOME HOME!!

 This is a chocolate and ganache filled chocolate cake and a vanilla mousse filled vanilla cake. It is decorated in fondant and modeling chocolate. 

I loved the reception! So fun and elegant. The bride was beautiful-such a cute couple! Congratulations to the newlyweds!

 

Rockin' Roller Coaster Birthday

This one was made for a birthday boy who LOVED the Rockin' Roller Coaster ride in Disney World. It is carrot cake with buttercream icing and is decorated in fondant and modeling chocolate. Happy Birthday Kyler!

School Spirit

This cake was made for a birthday of a HUGE Ririe football fan! In fact their field is named after him!  The cake is vanilla with a raspberry filling. The football is carved from cereal treats and is covered in modeling chocolate. I hope its a great birthday!
