Buttercream-based fillings**: (Flavors, fruit, nuts are mixed into buttercream for a rich delicious filling)

** These buttercream based fillings are also used as cupcake frosting

Premium Fillings***

Custard Fillings:

  • Sour Cream Lemon

Other Fillings:

  • Chocolate Ganache-a silky truffle like filling
  • German Chocolate
  • Strawberries, raspberries, or other fruit can be added to custard or buttercream fillings
  • Caramel Fudge-cooked frosting with a fudge like texture and homemade caramel taste

Icing Options

Buttercream or Fondant
All cakes are filled with your choice of filling and frosted with a vanilla buttercream. Then they are decorated with fondant or modeling chocolate. Fondant is a sweet creamy sugar paste that is usually rolled to give a cake a smooth finish.
