Chocolate Lattice Wedding cake

It was fun to try a new technique on this one...The bride and groom picked this style from a photo. It is vanilla cake with raspberry filling and chocolate cake with cream cheese filling. Congrats!

Pretty First Birthday Cake

This cake was for a first birthday. The top tier is a 4 inch removable smash cake for the birthday girl. It is decorated in fondant with a hand painted 2nd tier. It is a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting.  This cake is a 3 tier version of the "Brooke" cake.

Luau Birthday

For my daughter's 6th b-day...What a fun time! She had a luau/swimming themed party. The bottom tier was made to match her plates, and the tiki face matched some other decorations. It is a strawberry cake with strawberry filling. Love you girlie!!

Baptism Cake

For an 8 yr old girl getting baptized. Her favorite color is orange...some matching cupcakes to go with it. It is a vanilla cake with vanilla cream cheese and strawberry filling. The girl is made of fondant and the font is cereal treat with fondant and poured sugar water.

Loved this cake and the design the bride came up with!! It was inspired by her wedding dress, which also had a bow that tied on the side (Super cute!). It was vanilla cake with vanilla mousse and fresh strawberries and is decorated in fondant and gumpaste. Congratulations!

 This cake was initially made for a very good friend for her birthday. I loved the design and wanted to try it a little bigger for another event. So, there are 2 sizes of basically the same cake. One is chocolate with chocolate and german chocolate filling and the other is vanilla cake with lemon filling. Happy Birthday Shayla!!

With this cake I was told I could decorate it however I liked...Those are always the ones that take the longest to decide on a design and are the most fun to make! I had seen a similar design on cakecentral.com that I wanted to try. This was my take on it. It was fun as usual!  Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling.
