Vanilla cake with caramel filling, chocolate cake with vanilla mousse filling, and vanilla cake with vanilla mousse filling. This cake was inspired by a smaller one tiered cake I did a while back I loved how it turned out. It is decorated in fondant and royal icing with a little shimmer dust on the flower. Congrats to the new couple!!

This birthday cake was made for a man who got federal jury duty for six months. His wife thought it would be fun to make his birthday cake a "jury duty" themed cake. The cake is vanilla with chocolate ganache filling. It is frosted in a chocolate fudge frosting and covered in fondant, that is painted to look like wood. The gavel and ballots are fondant as well. I hope it was a happy birthday!

50th Anniversary

 This cake is made for a 50th wedding anniversary. This style of cake is totally different from what I am used to making. A new challenge!! :)  It is a smaller version of their original wedding cake. I did my best to duplicate it. It was tricky in parts because the original photo doesn't show the details very well. The bells are fondant and the cake is decorated and frosted in butter cream frosting. It is a vanilla cake with vanilla filling. I got too busy decorating and forgot to take a picture! Thanks for sending this one to me Sarah!

 Bright and fun!! This cake was a vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. The cupcakes were pink lemonade with strawberry filling and lime with cheesecake filling.

The sheet cake is chocolate cake with peanut butter filling.

 This cake was a fun one to work on! It was for a friend who wanted to pop the question. He planned to take his girlfriend out to eat someplace nice, and when they ordered dessert, the waitress brought this cake out...and he got on one knee and asked her if she would marry him. She teared up and said YES!! Sounded so cute! I guess another restaurant patron said "What did she say?" the future groom told them it was a yes, they applauded...So Sweet!! Congratulations Dylan and Kaylena!! You guys are awesome!! I am so excited for you!

Luau Birthday

For my daughter's 6th b-day...What a fun time! She had a luau/swimming themed party. The bottom tier was made to match her plates, and the tiki face matched some other decorations. It is a strawberry cake with strawberry filling. Love you girlie!!
