Cowboy

This is a sugar-free cake (except the fondant, that can easily be peeled off) It is a vanilla strawberry jello cake with a sugar free vanilla mousse.

    I just have to say, since I look here often, but rarely comment, I LOVE YOUR CAKES! :) Just the name of your business makes me happy of course. (Gotta love Grandma Vi). I swear each cake you make is even better than the last. Is there nothing you can't do. Amazing. Really amazing. (and i am jealous, really jealous!) :)
