This cake is a chocolate cake with double chocolate mousse filling...Yum! I LOVE chocolate! It is decorated in fondant. Congrats to the newlyweds!

    Aactually, I was suposed to do the roses out of gumpaste, but I didn't. (Well, the center of them I did, but the rest I did not.) I wishi I did live near y'all - I could learn lots from you. I'm still a beginner. I actually printed the mission logo and cut the letters out. I liked how it turned out. How do you take such great photos of your cakes?
