Julie

Made for one of my great friends! It was a chocolate cake with snickers filling (Yum!). It is frosted in buttercream with some fondant accents.  Hope you had a great birthday Julie! (and good anniversary)!

Callie

These were made for my sister-in-law's wedding. She wanted to have a cake and serve little cake bites (cake balls). So we drove to Montana and made 300 cake balls ...White chocolate with red velvet inside, and dark chocolate with double chocolate inside, and milk chocolate with vanilla inside. They were each topped with a small fondant flower.  Her cake is vanilla with German chocolate filling.

The Capitol Building

This was a fun idea by some creative parents to announce to their girls that they were going to Washington D.C. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling, frosted in buttercream and decorated in fondant.

Taylor

This was for another HUGE Lakers fan (and the cutest one I know!). It was a very busy week when I made this cake, but I had to get it in for him! Ever since I met Taylor, he has wanted a Lakers cake for his birthday. I made a stencil for the logo...just in case I ever need another Lakers cake (Pat and Julie Ü), and the stripes are fondant. It is frosted in buttercream, and the little basketball guy is made of fondant. Happy birthday Taylor!

Kylie

Another pretty damask pattern! This cake was HUGE with the bottom tier 16 in. by 6 in. high! It was hard to move to get a good picture because of how heavy it was (and I forgot to take pics at the reception). It is decorated with fondant and stenciled with royal icing. The bow is gumpaste and the broach is gumpaste with sugar jewels. It was a beautiful reception and an even more beautiful bride! Congrats to the new couple!
