Zaylee
This was a birthday cake for a one year old. The little cake is a smash cake for the birthday girl. It is a topsy-turvy design with fun spring elements. The cake is chocolate with cookies and cream filling and vanilla cake with raspberry mousse filling.

Quilling
For this cake I wanted to try a newer idea to the cake world. The flower technique is called quilling. People have done it with paper for a while. I think that it is really fun. This cake is a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and raspberry mousse and chocolate ganache filling. The dots are modeling chocolate.

Here is another version of the zebra cake. I think I'm running out of ideas to make this one different. It sure is fun though! The stripes are made of modeling chocolate and the ribbon is fondant. Hope it was a fun day!

Trace
This was a cake for one of my favorite kids! He was SUPER specific on what he wanted. This is TOTALLY his design. He was even specific on what kind of cake he wanted. It is red velvet cake with vanilla mousse, raspberries, and ganache filling. The table is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. The cake is decorated in fondant, and the magician is made from modeling chocolate. Happy birthday bud!

Sheetcakes
Sheetcakes are a great way to feed a crowd. They are more affordable, and a half sheet cake can serve between 40-48 people depending on your serving size. Sheetcakes like this sell for $50 each.
This is a smaller cake, but could me made with many different sizes. This cake has a ganache filling over the top. A cake like this would be about $1.50/serving.
