Pretty First Birthday Cake

This cake was for a first birthday. The top tier is a 4 inch removable smash cake for the birthday girl. It is decorated in fondant with a hand painted 2nd tier. It is a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting.  This cake is a 3 tier version of the "Brooke" cake.

Christmas Cupcakes

 Chocolate with a pepermint icing...

Pumpkin with a buttercream frosting, and homemade caramel on top...

 ...and a piece of pumpkin pie baked in the center.

Candy cane filled vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream on top, drizzled with chocolate ganache.

 Chocolate cupcake with chocolate mousse filling, dipped in a chocolate ganache, and topped off with a chocolate buttercream.

Brownie bottom cheesecake cups...with cherries.

Ellie

This was for a super cute little girl's 6th birthday. She had a princess tea party, and wanted a teapot cake. The tea cups were made of white chocolate for the ice cream to be served in. The cake is vanilla with a strawberry mousse filling. Happy birthday Ellie!!!!!

TCT Farewell

 This cake was made for a TCT West (a local telephone, cable, and internet company) employee retirement farewell. It is a red velvet cake with cookies and cream filling. It is fondant cake that is painted with a brown food coloring to give the wood look. The cord is made from black licorice, and I used modeling chocolate for the receiver, dial, and bell.

This cake was made for an 18 yr old who loves BYU, is fixing up a car, and just finished his Eagle Scout Award requirements. It is a vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling. Happy Birthday!!
