Rocky Mountain Grizzly Cake

This is a cake I made for a ribbon cutting for the new school Justin is teaching at. The mascot is the grizzly bear, and the colors are brown and gold.  I made it chocolate and yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling. It was a fun night, with a great turnout. We are so excited to part of this new community!

This is a 10 inch ice-cream cake. It is caramel cheesecake and Bear tracks flavored ice cream, with ganache, snickers, and Twix, all in  an Oreo crust...YUM! Perfect for a summer party. It feeds 18 people. It can be done in pretty much ANY flavor, mint, strawberry and cream, chocolate and peanut butter-what ever flavor you want.
