Maggie's Winter "ONE"derland
Happy 1st birthday Maggie! This cake is for an adorable little girl! It is a chocolate and yellow cake with white chocolate filling. It is decorated in fondant and modeling chocolate with royal icing snowflakes and pale pink edible pearls. It is kind of hard to see in the picture, but there is also edible glitter for the snow on the cake tops. The top tier is a smash cake for the birthday girl.

SO CUTE! Never would have thought I would like those colors for a winter cake.. but wow, I love it! And I love the little polka dots on the bow too! Love this cake!
ReplyDeleteThis cake was AWESOME!! I was so nervous about it that I held it on my lap all the way to Sugar City!!! It was a BIG hit though and VERY tasty!! :) AWESOME JOB!!! :)
ReplyDeleteAnnette,
ReplyDeleteNever got back to tell you that you are incredible!! The cake was even better than I imagined :) The "snow" was so awesome, every detail made me want to cry ~ and I'm not a crier, lol. The sweetest part was when Miss Maggie was eating her smash cake and just was taking little bits of frosting and putting it into her mouth like a little lady :) loved it!! love, Annie (i'm signed on with my bros account, but it's still me haha)
